ENGINE-DYNO

Dyno Bench

We have two dyno rooms, one equipped with an engine-dyno of 500kW Eddy current brake, and data acquisition from Rotronics. The second dyno room is provided with a 4WD car dyno bench synchronized 600kW with an induction motor of 35kW.

We use the dyno bench for the development and optimization of our software and the final phase of the development of our kits. We develop the calibrations and make the data logs on dyno Autoscan Rotronics 4x4 in the dyno room with airflow related to speed until 250 km/h for cars and 330km/h for bikes. The dyno bench can also be used for testing bikes until 300kW.

Is it possible for the dealership to check out whether my car is modified?

There is no removal or addition of hardware parts, so there is no visible indication that the car is modified.
Most of the latest diagnostic tools can't find any difference because Engine electronics behave as if it was original.

Can my garage or mechanic discover that my car is modified?

Local garages usually lack the skills or the equipment to read out the file inside your ECU. To do this, they need to send ECU to the manufacturer.

Does it matter if my car has a manual or automatic transmission?

The PIASINIENGINEERING software update is well-adapted to the existing transmission of your vehicle. It gives the best in performance, acceleration, and drivability.

What about damage caused by wear and tear?

PIASINIENGINEERING installation does not affect the wear and tear.
How you drive and take care of your vehicle (correct and regular servicing) does affect its conditions.

What about fuel consumption after PIASINIENGINEERING installation?

Generally, software optimization will provide a power increase and a lower fuel consumption.
